I'll start....

eh hem.....

I ate a cookie. I real live cookie. Full of sugar and all.... it was great. WOO HOOO!!!!!!!

eating turkey chili and sweet potato and squash for dinner with sugar free jello for dessert. So, I am back on track!

Last night went to my DH company Christmas party. Had a buffet at the Hyatt. I had 1 spoon of potatoe salad AND 1 spoon of garlic mashed potatoes !!!! They were delicious !!

Had the traditional "snow day" dinner tonight...pancakes with real syrup and hot chocolate. Had lots of exercise today shoveling out cars and sidewalks...and it's STILL SNOWING!!!!!

Am getting back on track with breakfast tomorrow morning, eggs and whole grain toast. Will make lunch and pack the leftovers for dinner at work, not sure what I'll make yet. I really want to make soup but don't have enough stuff and don't want to go out in the blizzard to get it!

Yeah, I've been doing lots of baking.... it's nutso! Everything is going to the kids at work for a bake sale. I made 60 cookies and 24 rice krispie treats. That is alot of stuff! Plus, I made my chili with beans for the week! That is the best lunch for me!

I went to my sister's for dinner tonight. I brought broccoli and cauliflower with mozzarella cheese. She made Chop Suey so I had just the sauce with turkey mushrooms, onions and peppers. Did very good at dinner. But after I had a little piece of brownie with mint and chocolate frosting. It was so good. Tasted like an Andies candy.

To make things better I plan on a well balanced Monday. Took the left over veggies for lunch tomorrow. Prepared lunch meat and spinach for salad.

I felt a little guilty but am really proud of myself too. It could of been worse.

I don't feel guilty at all. I chose to eat the cookie. It was great. I won't wallow in the cookie though. I ate my SDB dinner, am watching Survivor, and drinking my water now!
