Good Morning all,
I don't have a lot to lose, however I did buy the book. Besides reading the book, which I already am doing, any suggestions? I have a HUGE sweet tooth that emerges right about 7 PM. Thanks!

A sugar-free fudgsicle is my regular treat at about that time.
Stock up your fridge with sugar free jello and readi-whip..... You can buy the lowcarb/sugar free candies (I think Russle Stover is the BEST)... but be careful with these treats.
