Hello,

I want to introduce myself I plan on starting this tomorrow morning. I have the book at home and lots of carb eaters there also which is big time bad. (espically since my husband is the worst and diabetic) anyhow at my home all will participate without knowing it but me. Weightloss is the only thing I have ever failed at and I am determined to brake that failure link right now. I will weigh myself in the morning and take measurements also. Do any of you have suggestions for those killer 1st days to keep me away from the rolls and doughnuts? Couple of things I dont like choclate but love coffee which is decaf due to medical reasons.

nuts and celery..... I was bad on not snacking but now taht I'm getting that down it seems so much easier to eat right during the normal meals and not snack on the bad things.... it's getting really tough for me here at work though because all the great yummy cookie and chocolate baskets are coming in. But I just had a few nuts and I don't want a cookie ;o)
