Hello all. I'm new to this group but have been following SBD since August. I followed everything pretty religiously for phase 1. I didn't lose much weight as per the scales but my clothes began fitting better. I keep bouncing back and forth between phases one and two because of times of weakness. :-) I am not however losing the belly fat that I want to lose (I have to buy a size larger to accomodate my waistline.) I've lost about 10 pounds, starting out at 175 and now hitting between 163 & 165. I'm 5'5" tall and at 51 am going through menopause. I take yoga 3 times a week and a spinning class twice a week. Osteoarthritis in my knees limits my exercises to bikes, yoga and swimming. Any sugguestions as to how I can move this from around my waist? Hopefully some else has some experience in this area.
