Since i don't seem to be having too much luck with this diet, although i haven't cheated at all...i thought i'd re-evaluate my habits to figure out what the hell is going on. it's been almost three weeks now, and nothing has changed. now granted i was a pretty healthy eater to begin with, and i really only have about 15-20 lbs to lose, but i was expected something new by now.

so, here's my question...i've only been exercising about 4 times in three weeks, how many of you have been exercising, and how much are you going? if you're not exercising, are you still losing weight/inches???

thanks for everyone's input ...my new goal will be to try to eat more and exercise at least 3-4 times a week - whether i like it or not.

you guys are a life safer, and if this actually works, and helps me finally lose weight, i will have all of you to thank!
