Has anyone any success on this diet that has been diagnosed with hypothyroidism?

Sorry, I don't know of anyone personally. But I would guess that it could only help any underlying medical conditions, and certainly not do any harm. I would also think that improving blood chemistry would help to regulate any endocrine imbalances...not cure, but help. You may also find helpful info on prevention.com or webmd.com

Good Luck!

Welcome to the board. I agree with Susan in that this way of eating promotes good health. Many have found success by following the plan, though some have found success by following the plan in addition to other health recommendations. There are some special health conditions that need to be taken into consideration, so I would definitely talk with your doctor before attempting to tailor the plan to meet your needs.

Good luck and let us know what you decide to do...I'm sure the info would be helpful to others with hypothyroidism. Also, I do hope there are others here who can be more helpful to you.
