Can someone tell me some brand names of bread to look for?

Understand I need 2g+ of fiber----

What is it exactly to look for in the ingredients to know it's a really good bread --wheat flour? or must it be stone ground? or what????

Me confused.

I just bought BrownBerry Carb Counting Multi-Grain bread at Sam's club and it's pretty good.

Bread is supposed to be whole wheat or other whole grain, with as few simple sugar sweeteners (e.g., corn syrup, sugar, honey, etc.) as possible. It has been mentioned here that sprouted wheat or grains other than wheat (excluding corn and rice) may be more healthy than whole wheat, because they are harder to digest.
