Here are just a couple tips i will share.........

Go into this knowing that a few days in you will feel like crap. It is just your body dumping all the junk. It goes away honest and once it does you feel so much better so hang in there and don't quit when that happens.

Snacks really are vital. The whole reason this works in my opinion is that by eating 6 times a day you keep your blood sugar from spiking and so you don't get insanely hungry. Keep the snacks handy and find some you can carry with you when you are out and about. As Dr. A says it is easier to prevent a blood sugar spike than to fix it once it happens.

Especially in Phase 1 eat until you are satisfied. You should NOT be hungry while on this WOE. The ricotta desserts are good if you play with them a bit. Add some natural peanutbutter, find a brand that is smooth (personally I like the walmart store brand I think it is creamiest).

Beans are a really good filling food that can be a real help during phase 1.

Next thing to remember and I know this is a touchy point with some but please remember that this in not a low carb way of eating. This is a GOOD carb way of eating. Don't get bogged down in counting carbs. If it is on the foods to enjoy list by all means ENJOY it!!
