OK, I'm so sorry to everyone but I have been so bad this weekend and now starting this week. Not by eating things I shouldn't but not eating.....today I've been in such a rush I've only had two hard boiled eggs and some coffee and lots of water.... didn't have a snack nor lunch and no mid afternoon snack. I'm not really that hungry though either and this morning TOM came by so I just didn't feel like eating (now I know why I had all the chocolate cravings this weekend but didn't give in) Am I sabotaging this diet by not eating?

Thank you.

Well, yes and no, I think. Yes, because you may not get enough calories to satisfy your body and cause it to store fat. Yes, because by not eating, you may later give into cravings because you are so hungry. No, because from personal experience, one, two or even three days off the plan hasn't spelled disaster. I eat what I want (within reason) when I want, and I don't eat if I'm not hungry. For me, not being hungry during TOM usually means I'm going to make up for it by being insatiably starving for as many days following--this has not changed since I've been on the Beach. During those days, I have to watch overeating in general AND overindulging in chocolate. If anyone has found a way to control these hormonal shifts that works for them, I'd LOVE to hear your suggestions!! :-)

My final 2 cents is that you probably don't need to worry about it in light of the Christmas feast that (perhaps)
