Anything based with olive oil or with vinegar in it is good (I like Ken's dressings).

French or Sweet and Sour type dressing
Those are sweet sweet dressings... most have lots of sugar I think.

No creamy ones on Phase 1??? Uh oh. I could have sworn we were allowed any as long as they were under 3 grams of sugar. I know the vinegar and oil ones are better for us, but I thought the book also said as long as they are low in sugar they were okay. I have been using a Kraft Parmesan and Romano one all along. Sometimes using Newman's Own Homemade Italian, too.
If I'm wrong, could someone let me know and I'll have to change dressings!
Thanks much!!

I use red wine vinegar (garlic) and olive oil. I put each on separately and mix it all together with the salad. It's really yummy! Also you can sprinkle some oregano on top adds flavor.
