my hubby and i have decided to do the south beach diet and i had some questions.....what can you have for breakfast that is quick and can possibly be eaten on the run? my hubby isn't much of an egg person and neither one of us usually has time to cook in the morning!
in phase 1 can you use real eggs or do you have to use egg substitute? can you put salsa on them?
is splenda an acceptable form of a sugar substitute?
we're both pretty simplistic when it comes to food and don't like a lot of weird stuff. can you eat like that on this diet?
sorry for all the questions, i just want to make sure i am doing everything right! thanks for any input!
