Hi: The Carb Smart ice cream by Breyers is wonderful! I also love Russell Stover sugar free/low carb candies sweetened with Splenda! It's a great treat! I also use sugar free pudding made with skim milk.

During phase 1 sugarfree jello cups and "no sugar added" fudgicles saved me.

I have a sweet tooth you wouldn't believe!!!! And when I'm dieting, it's better for me not to have any sweets because it only makes me want more, more, more! The less sweets I eat, the less I crave them. I did have the SF fudgesickles, but only 1 a day after dinner. It was a very special treat. Here's another suggestion, buy Chocolate Velamints (Target or K-Mart)! They are yummy! Be careful, some people have 'stomach trouble' with the sugar alcohol in them.
