Hi, AGAIN!!!

Do we HAVE to eat BREAKFAST? I am soooooooo not a breakfast person -even on the weekends at home. BUT if i have too, i have too. Ideas on something tasty would be nice too...eggs are not a problem for me BUT they will be after about 2 days!!!

I have about 40 pounds to lose - sigh - anyone got ideas on how long it might take me?? I am planning on getting married in April (not a wedding, wedding but still, would LOVE to look good)

Thanks

Hi playnice,

I wasn't a big breakfast eater either. And now I look forward to breakfast. I either make an omelet with veggies and deli ham and LF cheese or scrambled eggs with the same ingredients. I use various veggies with either way. So I'm not eating the same thing day after day. I have also made the french toast sans the bread with sugar free syrup. That was pretty good too. I think once you start this WOE you'll look forward to breakfast. I'm sure the other girls will also have some good tips for you. I just started SBD 12/8. I've learned to mix it up a little as I go on.

Good luck to you!

Hi again!

Ok lets see, in addition to all the great ideas you already received, I have heard of people eating their tablespoon of peanutbutter and a V8 and off they go to work.

Congrads on your engagement and upcoming wedding!!!

I would love some extra support. DF is a great support most of the time - but he works different hours then me and weekends so I dont get alot of encouragement there...he has decided that he wants to try it with me - so we will see.

We are planning a very, very, very small wedding - both of us have been married before - but I still want to look good and I figure now is a great time to start us both off on a good life change. I am 32 and he is 33 - being healthy would be nice too!!!

So yep, im here and feel free to ask or whine or moan or be excited with your start to phase i - i have been so excited since i decided to do this!!! My email is aerawen@yahoo.com - feel free to use it- recipe ideas are always appreciated.

Did you try that dijon almond chicken breast... its very yummy!!

Take Care and good luck!!!

Sheila
