Just an FYI for everyone... if you haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday's lately, go and check it out! They've re-done their entire menu, and half of it is low-carb! The menu actually has a "low-carb" label next to those items. Sure, you can get a steak anywhere, but they offer mashed cauliflower and creamed spinach as alternative side dishes to the traditional baked potato or fries. You can even get pork rinds with your bunless sandwich! And I wasn't sure if the salad dressing offered was indeed low carb, so they very happily changed it for me. If you want to keep the bun off of the burgers and sandwiches, they'll very happily do that, too. Finally, a way to eat out without dancing around all of the carbs! Maybe other restaurants will follow suit.

That's great, isn't it? I think so far, we've found Ruby Tuesday and
