Hi,

I'm still learning the book, but I am confused about the milk products..

You can't have milk, yogurt..ect, but you can have string cheese and cottage cheese.

Aren't these made of milk products??

Also, Thanks for information on salad dressings,I had a chicken salad for dinner and was wondering what types would be good :-)

Also, I work in the evenings and don't eat till I get home which is from 7pm to 8:30pm, what would be good to eat for dinner at these times? just salads??

Thanks,

Jamie

Cottage cheese is allowed on Phase 1.

according to the new guide you should be ok -- I'd just be aware of whether or not you felt hungrier than you did before you added the yogurt back in.

Hmmm...I could understand the FF milk better than LF milk, soy milk, or yogurt. The latter three are so full of simple sugars. With the exception of Soy Slender, all the soy milk I've seen is grain sweetened. I started eating yogurt in Phase 2, about 2 1/2 weeks or so after I started the SBD (and P1). I couldn't live long without my yogurt fix, either. :-)

I read that as well. If I remember right though, he does say in his introduction in the same small book that you can't have these things on phase 1. lol. It's a wild SBD world!

Phase 1 is only 2 weeks or less than 4 at the most. So, when it was time for yogurt, I tried the Blue Bunny 85% Less Sugar yogurt. It was good, but I missed the fruit on the bottom yogurt. Now that I bounce between phase 2 and 3, I let myself have a Fruit on the Bottom Peach now and again. In the Blue Bunny Lite, I can only eat the peach and blue berry.

I just re-joined the online program... and submitted the question.
