I have to tell all the "newbies" out there ...I am a newbie myself and starting phase 1 today.

I tried the recipe for the Almond Chicken (dijon musturd, Icant Believe its not butter and chopped almonds)

OMG!!!!! Thats one of the best things I have tasted in a while - and sooooooo easy!!! I was very impressed with the taste and the prep. ( I am NOT a cook, lol).

And yes, the smells of cooking dijon musturd and almonds along with the veggies i made, has lured my df to try the SBD for a couple weeks with me. HA HA - knew he couldnt resist!!!

I cant remember where I got the recipe, I believe its listed in the recipe section where the 40 plus pages is offered via email - thanks so much whoever listed that!!! Wonderful and very nice.

BUT, its so simple i can tell you by heart!!

2 boneless skinless chicken breast

2 tb I cant Believe its not butter

2 tb Dijon Mustard

1/2 cup chopped almonds

Mix the mustard and ICBINB , dip the chicken, coat with the almonds. Bake in a greased pan on 375 for 30 min.

I had to adjust the cooking time some, and I didnt use as many almonds.. but it was still yummy and df stole my leftovers!! LOL

Good luck
