Chili is great on Phase 1, as long as all of the ingredients in it are SBD-friendly.

Small- 200 calories, 21 carbs, 5 sugarsLarge - 300 Cal , 31 carbs, 7 sugars
But the carbs are from the beans, I would assume that it was okay to eat it.

That's what I use.
Yum yum - I l ove chili and must say it tends to be a safe bet (as long as there's no sugar in their sauce) for phase one.
