Good or bad on Phase 1? I love it so much and it really helps to satisfy my craving for flavor!!

Chili is great on Phase 1, as long as all of the ingredients in it are SBD-friendly.

I looked it up on their website. (I love their chili too)

Small- 200 calories, 21 carbs, 5 sugars

Large - 300 Cal , 31 carbs, 7 sugars

But the carbs are from the beans, I would assume that it was okay to eat it.

Thanks, guys! I guess moderation is key - and I should probably make my own with ground turkey.

Yum yum - I l ove chili and must say it tends to be a safe bet (as long as there's no sugar in their sauce) for phase one.

Just wondering if there is any difference between dark red and light red kidney beans. And I want those of you who read this to know how hard it is to eat chili (Which I love) when the temp outside is 80 degrees!!!!! LOL
