Phase 1 - again
6

I know I'm doing this again but this time I would love to be that girl posted below who went from a 16 to a 6 in I think 4 months! WOW!! Anyways, I've been good this morning (veggie omelet) and afternoon and planning to do a chicken stir fry for dinner. (That will work right?) I don't know what my deal is but before the Holidays a went on Phase one for two weeks and only lost about 3 pounds.... and I was so good, no wine, no sweets, I think though that I ate to many cashews.... never buying those again, I eat too many. I bought the plain almonds, they're not my fav and I only want about 10 or so, so that's perfect. I'm back to work and on better schedule than with the holidays so I should be able to do this this time. I bought tones of veggies - these great tri-colored peppers, eggplant, cucs, broccoli, exc.

I'm sorry I keep bugging you with all this but does anyone have a clue what I did wrong before?

Thank you for all your help.

This board is so great!

I agree it is most likely the cashews!

Uh oh, I've been snacking on nuts all day...thanks for the tip, I think I'll hide them for tomorrow! I'm back in Phase 1 again (for real this time, I've been very, very good all day and have the carb-withdrawal to prove it!) I've been eating peanuts (dryroasted, unsalted)...anyone else notice a problem with those?

Thank you all for all your great support and advise! I hope I do it all right this time. I've been really good with the breakfast and last night had this great stir fry with chicken and tons of veggies! Even the bf liked it all!! He actually liked it more than me. I'm not a big jello fan but I bought the sugar free ones last night to have as a desert, (because there is half a key lime pie in the freezer that I LOVE and won't have for two weeks... hehe.) I'm exercising a little - sit ups, push ups, stretches and leg lifts..... the easy things that I can do everyday. However I'm not sure if this happens to anyone or if it's serious but I have a terrible neck pain, like a sprained my neck?? Any good advise on how to get the kink out?

Thank you all again for being here and posting!

lol @ the BF massaging my neck.... tried that but he's too gentle.... thanks for the tip though.... I could go to a massage therapist, probably should.

I just cooked the veggies in garlic, oregano, some onion powder and pepper with a little olive oil. I cooked the chicken separate and at the end put some soy and ginger sauce on it ,then just put the chicken on top of the veggies so not to soak the veggies..... it was great!

Thank you for all your help!
