My third day of phase one is over!

I m not doing well. I think I have wrong understanding of SBD. I m having a total of 900-1000 cal a day. which is a little low (I used to have 1500 when I m dieting) and I m always feeling hungry but dont know what to eat.

For breakfast I had 2 hard boiled eggs and lettuce salad.

Skipped snack had early lunch instead

For lunch I had grilled chicken breast and lettuce salad with very little light dressing

for snack had one skim mozarella stick and one small V8 drink

I was supposed to go to the gym after work so I had some 15 roasted almonds to get energized but in vain. so I had some more and then some more and still no difference. I could not move from my desk. Did not go to gym instead went home straight to bed. I just had one more cheese stick and that's it for the day.

is there anything wrong with what I m eating? why am I feeling so tired and dizzy? Is it the lack of Carbohydrates? Do you have to take some vitamins when you are on the SBD??

And who says that Bread is bad carb?? that's not very smart IMHO. All people from all over the world eat bread historically for a reason. I cant see what is so bad about bread!!

I think vitamins are a good idea, regardless of this or any other diet. I think, however, you need to follow the diet exactly in order for it to work and to be satisfied. I don't know why you are only consuming 900-1000 calories per day - the object of this diet is not to count calories or starve, but to eat as much of the menu items as you need to feel satisfied. Skipping the morning snack and then skipping dinner were two mistakes, as far as I can see. Stick to the plan - exactly - and you should be okay. I'm only on day 4 myself but have not encountered any problems yet.

Good luck!
