Can't find them in the market

I brought a lot of stuff for a whole week of Phase One but the market didn't Pistachios and Canadian Bacons. The only bacon they had were Key Food Bacons and Boar's Head Bacon. I never had pistachios so I don't really know what it looks like. I was looking for it in the nuts section and I even ask the person who was working there. Sigh!

As for dessert, I was so excited to eat dessert. I hardly eat dessert because I don't have junkies in my home. As I was getting the dessert done, I took a spoonful of vanilla ricotta cheese. To my surprise, it tastes YUCKIE!!! Got any idea to replace that?

What do you think?

I usually find pistachios in a big bag in the produce department of the grocery store.

As for sweets, I have lived on Blue Bunny Fat Free/Sugar Free fudgesicles since I started SBD in August. They really satisfy the sweet/chocolate tooth.

Correction...the fudgesicles are "No Sugar Added"...not sugar free.

Yes as long as it's sugar free (no sugar added).

Cool! I get to eat cool snacks and desserts that I never had!! This DIET is really AWESOME. Technically, this isn't really a diet. It seem like this is telling us how to eat better for life! I love this..!

I just got back from another SuperMarket. I got the fudgicle (no sugar added!) but they don't have Canadian Bacon! Is Canadian Bacon really hard to find? I tried looking for it at two Markets and don't have it. I think I'll go check out Pathmarks/Walbaums Markets.

I guess Pudding is out of question for Phase One right? I think I read it somewhere!

For dinner day 2 oh P1:

I had 2 lettuce with asparagus (not eggplant) and peppers. No tossed salad. baked chicken with pink beans in sauce.

Is that good?

Try the chocolate ricotta cream. My husband really liked it. He added the few mini chocolate chips to it for crunch and ate it every night. If you like coffee, try adding coffee to it, he also added almond extract to his chocolate cream for a chocolate almond cream. I stuck to my sugar free popsicles. If I was still having munchies, I had another one. You can have up to 45 cal. a day of them.
