I see it on the diet. Can someone tell me if we can get it on the east coast? I mean, I assume you can since Dr. A is on the east coast....what does it taste like? Is it spreadable? Expensive? I don't want to waste a lot of time and money on foods that aren't any good. That breeds discouragement. HELP !?

Yes you can get it on the east coast but since I don't live there, I don't know exactly where.

I love it, and eat it nearly every day!

Hi,

I live in New England and have been able to find Laughing Cow cheese wedges at all the grocery stores around here.....Stop and Shop, Star/Shaws, Roche Bros., and Market Basket. Make sure you get the "light" variety. It runs about $2.59 for the wedges in the round container.

Where do you live? I have found Laughing Cow Light in Stop & Shop and at Shaw's. It is a 35 calorie spreadable swiss that comes in Wedges. There are 8 wedges in a container that sells for a couple of bucks. Hope this helps!

Have you ever tried Allouette Light?! Another really good find. More herbs and more garlicky and more like cream cheese in consistency. Check it out!
