This board is moving VERY quick. I can't keep up with anything anymore, but I am trying to catch things here and there.

If you are looking for a particular subject, don't forget to use the subject search bar to seek out your question. ALOT of times, you'll find your questions have already been answered. Or, check out the community website! You'll find a FAQ with lots of question.

Keep on keepin' on.

hmmmmm... I don't know if I would call it exciting. lol.

It's hard to keep up. I tried yesterday, and it's just not working. lol.

The board has changed so much. I've checked out other diet and fitness boards, and this board is pulling in 3 times as many people. At Atkins the Atkins board (it is a GREAT place to check out their recipies and see some of their product reviews), there were 97 messages posted when SBD had 357!!!!! I am curious to see how many people will be here in Feb and again in March. Will attendence go up, stay midline, or go down? Interesting.... very interesting.

Yup this is definitely New Years' Resolution time.
Fortunately this is such a healthy way of eating, and easy to do without feeling deprived, I think many people will stick with the beach... Now how many will stay true to visiting a message board once they get the hang of it... that is what I see as the question.

interesting question.

It seems that human nature would suggest that when you first start something, you need support and that extra push. When you are in the middle of doing something and you have athe hang of it, you don't need that extra push. When the going gets tough though, people tend to come back for support.

For me, I came here because my sister showed me an interesting website. I posted, not for support, but just because it was fun. Over the last two months or so, it hasn't been that fun for me anymore. I've been posting more in the successes and other areas that I find fun. There are a lot of newbies here with the same questions. After a while, you get burned out on reading and/or answering the same exact questions when there is a FAQ and a search bar. So, some of the old times are waiting it out until this board returns back to some form of normal.
