Need help...

Hey!
So I finally decided to write and let it all out.....and here is the thing...the good part is that I also need to loose a few pounds. I'd be happy if I could just loose 10 (better 15!), The first days I was on SBD I was also really excited about the program...but as the days came I realized not only that I was not loosing anything, if at all I was gaining (today I messured and I have gained 1/2 inch on thighs and waist)!!! I also feel hungry, and baisically...like a looser.
I know that one of the biggest problems is that I suffered from anorexia as a teenager (when I was 17) but from then on I have always really been carefull of what I eat, or don't eat. And excersise I do, etc. The thing is, that somhow I gained weight...more weight than I wanted (I'm 5'1 and weigh around 117lbs and believe me, for a small frame...it's more than I want). Anyway, people where telling me that the more I worry, the more I'd gain, so I should relax and just eat what I want....not good....carb's galore!!! sweets...love sweets....and I know that the "problem" is still there...lying still.
But the more I worry, the more I try to take care of myself, and the less I eat....the more I gain weight.
That's why I decided to start the SBD....for a new life style. A way that would teach me how to live a healthy normal life style with out the food being the major issue.
Here are a few notes that I suspect is what keeps me from loosing:
1. I have eaten close to the program for almost 8 years (except for the sweets)
2. I have pco's and another doctor once told me that I was not good at assimilating insulin...but he never gave me any medication.
3. I don't have the book or a subscription to the web site because my parents would freak if they knew that I was trying a "new diet" (they're a little bit sensitive with the issue...oh, and I'm living with them for a while...2 month vacation)
So, i guess I'll start writting a diary on the web of everything I eat...and I will stay on phase 1, one more week.

Please post a typical day's menu it might help us to help you.
But I also think that I may have been eating too many nuts (it's just that I'm getting really hungry since I began this diet!!), or too much dairy.
Today's breakfast (8:45am):
2 egg whites, 1 meatless ham, 1/2 cup of coffee, 1 tablespoon of LF cottage cheese.
You definitely are not eating enough.

Bfast: 2 egg whites, 1 meatless ham, 1/2 cup of coffee, 1 tablespoon of LF cottage cheese.
Morning snack: 1 celery stalk with about a tablespoon of hummus
Lunch: black bean and lentil soup (not dense), 1Tb LF cottage cheese
Miscll. all day: sugar free gum, sugrfree cough drop candy, 10 pistacho nuts and 2TB hummus.
Snack: NF foam milk capuccino (no sugar) and later one diet arizona green tea with ginger
Dinner: 1 meatless chicken pattie (100cals, 2.5gr. fat, 10gr. protein, 9 gr. carbs) with lettuce, avocado, mushroom salad.
At night I went to the movies...one more decaf, non fat capuccino (with nurtrasweet)
Today I had this for breakfast:
3 meatless hams, 1 Tb of LF cottage and 1/2Tb hummus, 1 cup of coffee..
How am I doing? I know that the snacking wasn't "one thing" it was just splattered around...does that matter?
Can I eat Soy Crispies?
