Does anyone know how to calculate values like carbs, proteins, fat and calories in foods? Specifiaclly I am looking for doing it for combined foods (ie marinated chicken + sauce). Also-how can you figure out the glycemic index fro foods that are not listed in the book?

I just wanted to add that on the SBD, we don't count carbs, grams or calories.
