I'm pretty sure that's not allowed :(

I think we are limited to the sf jello.....

Of course, I'm pretty new to it, so maybe one of the more experienced SBD'rs can advise????

(if the answer is yes, I'm at the store in 3.5 seconds!~)

In the new food companion book to south beach, by the same author, paperback, same color cover...it says for phase one you may have ff or 1% milk and FF SF yogurt, or plain FF yogurt....the book is available at borders.

Don't want to get anyone upset - but after going through this new companion book very carefully I came across something that makes me believe you still have to wait until Phase 2 for the pudding.

Ok, with that said.... what would be in pudding that would make it something you can't have in P1?

I will ask that question on the official site. I looked under the food lists there and any type of milk or yogurt is still under the list of things to avoid in Phase 1.

Sometimes though, when you ask the nutritionist, it takes a while for an answer (like days/weeks).
