Okay, so instead of taking my lunch break to get a much needed vanilla latte--I chose to go to Borders and check out the new SBD guide --- IT'S GREAT!

I haven't had a chance to really read it. Mostly, it breaks down EACH food and tells you if it's good or bad. It tells you how many carbs, etc are in each serving (and lists the serving).

It is a smaller, paperback and I think it was 7.99--what a great thing to throw in your bag if you are going on a vacation, or out to eat.

I think that someone said you can have yogurt in phase 1???? I didn't see that in this book....maybe I'm wrong...

I read in the first book that whole grain is very different from whole wheat. And that you probably wouldn't be able to find whole grain foods in grocery stores...may have to go to specialty markets...

IF I recall correctly...
