Mel! (why do I want to type in MELLIO! eveytime I type your name?)

OH NO! Not the green shirt! lol. That was last march at about 212! lol.

I like the one that is there. I'll stick with that.

Story behind the pics... eh hem....

I was just north of Silverton, Colorado on a backpack, hiking, and hoteling tour of southwest Colorado with my parents. We were camping at a place called South Mineral. GREAT! The misquitos were KILLING me though! lol. They were big enough to carry you away! Anyhow... we took a day hike starting about 10,000 FT in elevation and reaching a little less than 12,000 FT. The hike was a KILLER!!!! Lots of elevation in a quick time. I was pooped! The O2 was thinner up there, but the flowers... the wild flowers ROCKed my world. Columbines, Indian Paint Brush, Elephant Heads, etc... we saw a rare Tiger Humming Bird (well, I say it was ONE bird that was following us bc these hummingbirds are supposed to be REALLY rare! lol). Anyhow, this pic was on the way back down after a small creek crossing of ICE cold snowmelt. I was sitting in the columbines. Me, JOCK? lol. Susan! How did you know! lol.
