Food diary -need feedback (day 15th-16)

Today I had this for breakfast:
3 meatless hams, 1 Tb of LF cottage and 1/2Tb hummus, 1 cup of coffee.
Snack: 1 celery stalk stuffed with hummus, one olive, one slice of regular swiss cheese (oops)
Lunch: spinach and garbanzo mix (with peanut sauce -mom made it) and black beans, FF feta cheese.
Snack: black coffee
Dinner: steamed shrimp with vegetables, 1 Tb brown sauce (ykes), 1/2 small vegetable dumpling (I know that I shouldn't have had the exterior of the dumpling) and 1/2 fortune cookie.

Day 16th (baaaaad day)
Breakfast: FF yogurth (I read that it's now allowed..yeay!!), 1 oz FF feta cheese, 1 slice regular swiss (ran out of FF cheeses and was incredibly hungry...too much dairy??)
Snack: black coffe with sweet and low
Lunch: seafood choupin (at food court) with diet snapple
Snack: got me walking around NY - in Toys R us actually....candyland! yikes. Family was looking suspiciously at me...sorry. Gave in. BUT I bought some sugar free candy!
NF capuccino
Dinner: meatless pattie, sauteed green beans, 3 raw mushrooms. Oops AGAIN....present from "going away" uncle...a godiva chocolate.
I've been bad today, haven't I? Tomorrow will be a better day :)

Anyway, "Tb" I used for "Tablespoon" and tsp = teaspoon!
Just a thought! Can't imagine eating 1/2 TUB of hummus! (LOL)
