Olives (green or ripe) 15 = 1/2 TBS oil

Some sugar-free products may be made with sugar alcohols (isomalt, lactitol, mannitol, sorbitol or xylitol) and are permitted on the SBD. They may have associated side effects of GI distress (abdominal pain, diarrhea & gas) if consumed in excessive amounts.

Thanks Susan for posting that. I am printing it now :) I lent my book out and keep forgetting to print it off the official web site.

In another post regarding the sf pudding, I asked at the SBD official site in regards to the milk/yogurt Phase 1. The dietician never answered me, but another member pointed me toward a previous post asking the same questions and what the dietician said was that she did not know what was printed in the new book and could not comment on it, however, they would look into it, but as far as they knew --- the old list still stands which does not include milk/yogurt.

So I don't know ----

Thanks for posting that. It is somewhat different than what is in the book. I need to reread parts of the book again and see if it says how many carbs you should have a day. I don't remember that. Do you know what to keep it under?

Well, we don't count anything except nuts and sweet calories (75).
