Hi there,

Just started the program today and feel ok. Is it normal to feel sleepy. I worked out for an hour. I have to force myself to eat. I am not hungry at all. I had a chix breast for lunch but what can you put on it. It is kind of bland. I weighed myself today and I weigh 233.4 so I will wait until next monday to WI. Anyways, does anyone have a list of the complete foods you do on Phase 2? I have the book but it seems limited. I am afraid that I will eat the wrong foods. I have been drinking my water and everything seems to be going great. One thing I have to ask you all is how do you make meals more appealing? For instance, what would you put on grilled salmon? I don't know what sauces or herbs to put on. The book doesn't really go thru this.

Thank you for your help and support.

Jennifer

Thanks for the post. There is alot of good foods. It just seems hard from my standing point but I guess it will get easier as I go on.

You already got a wonderful information-packed response (thank you Cathy!!!), so I will just give you a few more chicken/salmon ideas.

chicken.... grill it or saute it in olive oil with spices.

Just finished my 1st wk and it went ok. Had a few things I probably shouldn't have had. Agree with you the book doesn't seem to have a complete list of foods you can have. I did the grilled salmon w/rosemary and it was very good. Be careful not to use too much olive oil. I did on the roasted eggplant and peppers and it tasted greasy. Hang in there and you will do fine.
