Hi

I've been trying to take a multivitamin (one-a-day weight smart) for some time now but haven't been very consistent. I also bought yesterday Omega 3/6 vitamins and Folic Acid/B-Complex vitamins (both Oil of Olay, they were on sale and I had a coupon!). A seprate calcium supplement is on my list to buy.

What about you guys?

Also does anyone take a fiber supplement?

Anna

Oh my gosh; I take over 40 vitamins a day!! I have them on "auto ship" from HSN. COM, they come every 2 months. Andrew Lessman has a line out-I tried them for 30 days; then noticed big differences and continued. I take Womens Multi-Vitamin, Glucosome-Chrondroiten, Womens Bone and Body Benefit, Co-Q 10, E, Health Hair and Nails. They come in 60 day containers, each day a foil packet with 6-7 vitamins in each. I run 50-60 miles a week, lift weights 2x a week and can NOT consume enough food to get all the vitamins I need.

I brought the containers of my vitamins to my Dr. and she was impressed with the quality of the vitamin. Check out HSN.COM

I was skeptical at first, so tried the Woman's Vitamins first. They were money back guaranteed if you didn't like them for 30 days so I figured I'd try them out. I really noticed a big difference in energy and in my hair and nails. I couldn't believe the difference. Then I began taking the Joint Effort (glucosomine/chrondroiten) because I run so much, then before I know it, I'm adding on to those. Then came the vitamin E, the calcium/magnesium, etc. They don't charge shipping if you do the "auto ship". I have compared prices, but Andrew's vitamins have so much more to them, higher doses of vitamin and mineral than the Walmart brand that it is sometimes hard to compare pricing.

check them out-free for 30 days.

i take:

One a day vitamin

biotin

green tea extract

Prenatal

Ester-C

Just added the C during cold season. Grabbed Ester-C instead of C. Anyhow, the other vitamins I've been taking long before SBD.

If you eat enough veggies, you won't need a fiber supplement IMO. However, I've always Um, issues in that department. lol.

I take Apex Multi-vitamins.

Which ever kind of vitamins you choose to take please ensure that the company who produces the vitamins have some sort of regulation in place. Vitamins/herbal supplements companies are not regulated by the FDA. In return production of these supplements that we put in our body are low quality and you can not guarantee that the nutrition %s listed on the bottle are actually what's in the pill.

Apex has hired a firm to test and regulate the production of their vitamins/supplements. Companies who hire independent firms to help regulate their supplements are more expensive, but at least you know that what you are putting in YOUR body is what the bottle list.
