Help!!! I'm throwing a party on Sunday night, a birthday party nonetheless and I am doing all the cooking, and baking for about 15 people. I don't want to deny my guests but I also want to not lose momentum. It will be my last day of phase 1 and I'm doing really well. I haven't cheated in the carb department. (I think I'm scared of them!) How will I do this?

Thanks! I need all the menu ideas and support I can get. I'm thinking of making abig pot of chili and chocking it full of vegetables and ground turkey as a big part of the fare so anything southwestern is a great addition!

Here's a YUMMY recipe for taco/burrito fillings... you can serve on top of salad (for yourself), burrito style or in tacos.

For Apps, you can make deviled eggs... a veggie platter, an olive tray.

Thanks everybody, I'm feeling a bit steadier about this, and my friend Amy who is also in Phase 1 is coming as well and we are going to decide what we are allowing eachother to eat. I'm doing the turkey chili, the taco dip, guacamole and a hot spinach artichoke dip. If I do raw veg as well as chips for dipping I'll give Amy and I an alternative. Any other suggestions?

That sounds like plenty of food.
