Wheat/Whey Grass

I am currently looking into other options for all the vegetables that we consume during the SBD phases. I am a person who easily gets bored eating the same thing over and over again (Yes I try different veggies but how many different ways can you eat lettuce???) I have been reading a lot about wheatgrass and how it's equivilant to eating 2 1/2 servings of veggies. Do you think by drinking the wheatgrass juice you can eliminate some the salad intake????

Wheatgrass has awesome benefits! My guess would be yes, you can cut out some salads with wheatgrass. My only concern is that the wheatgrass won't fill you up, like a big bowl of veggies will, and you may get hungrier and reach for things you shouldn't be eating, or eating a lot of. Just be careful with it.

PS.. Funny story, My best friend Sasha and I would always go to her house when we were kids. Her dad Tony is 6'11" and BIG... not fat, just really muscular. He used to put me on one shoulder and Sasha on the other, and he wouldn't let us down until we finished our wheatgrass. I remember looking down from his shoulder being terrified that I would fall, it seemed like such a long way down, lol. After having to drink wheatgrass everyday as a child, I grew to really enjoy it. We called it juicey grass... mmm, lol.
