Just wanna say I made those deviled eggs someone posted here a couple days ago!

YNUMMMMMMMMMY! and very satisfying!

I used eggs, mustard, lf mayo, dash red pepper, & chopped celery!

I splashed a tad of paprika over the top to "appear" heartier!

Believe it or not, they're GOOOOOD even without the sweet pickle!

Try it!

ps--Ideas for mixing something in w/the FF Yogurt for flavor???

OH, Mel, you've been missing a treat.

Do me a favor & make up JUST ONE deviled eggs using a little sweet pickle relish with the other stuff!!!

Heaven!

I'm surprised I can eat them without the pickle!

Must just be a SOUTHERN THING!

One thing I love about summer picnics here in the south, there's sure to be 1+ plates of deviled eggs!!!!!

you know what else you can try, which i just had for lunch, is egg salad. put the yolks of hard-boiled eggs, a little mayo, cilantro, celery, s&p, onions (red are best i think, give it more zing), a squeeze of lemon juice and some ranch dressing (yes, i swear, sounds strange, but sooo good!!) in a blender or food processer and it gets creamy in about 10 seconds. then add the egg whites. it is fantastic, with or without paprika (i actually forgot about it this time), and i have never put pickle relish in it (altho i like to in tuna salad!). then dump some on a bed of baby spinach with some cherry tomates...holy cow is it good! and while you are using mayo and ranch dressing, a little goes a long way, and so do the egg salad once you make it. have fun with it!

I would just like to add that as a dyed in the wool Texas (albeit now in Colorado) and an equally die-hard hater of sweet pickle anything-- dill pickle chopped up in egg salad and/or deviled eggs or pretty much any of those made-with-mayo-and-other-chopped-up-stuff salads is the only way to go. Not to mention--allowed on SBD if I'm not mistaken?

When I make my deviled eggs, I like them sweet so I use a packet or 2 of splenda! They are marvelous!

My goodness; I've never even HAD a deviled egg! I guess they just never looked good to me when I've seen them at potlucks and picnics. Now that my tastes are changing, in a good way, I think I'll give the recipe a try. Lord knows, I never DREAMED I'd like ricotta (mocha) for a treat. I just might like the deviled eggs too!

Thanks Ladies!
