I thought that when you got salad dressings that what mattered the most was the carb & sugar content & haven't been paying attention really to the fat grams. Is this totally wrong? I just bought Newman's Own Caesar dressing & it has no sugar, 1 carb gram but 18 grams of fat & 3 grams of saturated fat per 2 tablespoons...I have been following everything else exactly as the book...am I in big trouble with my salad dressings???? Please help! :)

Susan :)
Vegetable oil (soybean oil and/or canola oil) is exactly how it is listed in the first ingredient. There is olive oil in there but it's one of the last ingredients. I just don't want to mess this up!
I too agree that you did great with your selection of salad dressing.
