A previous Atkins follower to a South Beach Follower. I just ordered the book, but don't want to wait until i get it in the mail. I'm pretty frustrated with the South Beach Official Website, because they only way they will give you more info. is by paying 69.95 or something like this. I would love to get started, but don't really know how. I know what i can't eat, but not really what i can eat. When i cook, (we are meateaters and not many veggies, but try and get in a salad every so often) i usually cook with sauces, spices, etc. And i am going to be in DIRE need of some new ideas, which i will be searching for on the recipes forum.

Can you all give me some menu ideas.? I get the best results from making one out from breakfast, snacks, lunches and dinners.

Thanks so much for taking the time to read this and for helping me out!

Susan. Thank you soo much for all the info. Actually, it is a lot to go through, but at least you gave me what i think is everything i need to get started. I was just curious about something. I hope you don't mind my asking, i see your stats below: Start weight: 188/Current weight: 135.5/Goal weight: 130

Did you do this all with the SBD? How long has it taken you? Just wondering. I hope you don't mind the questions?

also another questions: When it comes to sauces, such as Picante, or Pace Mexican Creations, or spices like paprika, salt, ginger, etc. are these allowed? What is acceptable for the amount of sugar grams in a prodcut per serving?

I guess that was more than one question, but i really want to do this right. Please help!

Hi,

Spices are fine and not limited.
