Newbie here on phase two

Hi everyone!
Just thought I'd introduce myself. I discovered SBD two weeks before Christmas and went on Phase 1 for 1 week and lost 6 pounds. Then the fudge brownies in the office were screaming too loudly and I decided I was an idiot to start this diet at that time so I gave in and was determined to give it a go again in the New Year. Then I went on vacation after Christmas.
Well, not surprisingly, I gained back 3 pounds. But, I did go back on Phase 1 for 1 week and lost the 3 pounds. Since I wasn't having any cravings (I didn't the first time either), I went on Phase 2 and lost 2 pounds in the last week. And that was without exercising. The gym just didn't fit in this week at all, but next week, I'm getting back to my Mon, Wed, Fri routine -- I swear it!
This is without a doubt the most sensible diet I've been on in my life. Everything about it makes sense. And since it works, it tells me it makes sense. I don't really feel like I'm "dieting". I'm just more careful in my food choices.
I want to scream and shout and tell everybody about it. But I'm preaching to the choir here, aren't I?
Anyway, I'll be dropping by now and then to check out your ideas and recipes and offer support and encouragement when I can. I've got about 45 pounds to go.
