Meal Planning

For the past 2 weeks, my husband and I have been doing a "modified" version of SB. We have been working on getting the "bad" foods out of the house. I was not willing to just throw good food away, because it was good food (apples, oranges, grapefruit, sweet potatoes, carrots, etc.) it was just food that is not allowed on phase 1. So now we are ready to begin pahse 1 in earnest. What I am wondering is: Do most of you plan your meals in advance? And what about breakfast on the go? I have made 2 batches of the quiche to go, but I can't eat the same thing everyday! How can you include variety at breakfast? Any ideas?

Thanks,

Tricia

I am having the same breakfast dilemma. I'm on day 5 (lost 6 lbs! YEAH!!), but I'm so sick of eggs I'm ready to scream. Plus, I just don't have the time in the morning to fix a good breakfast. I'm looking for the same help you are.

Suggestions, please!

Susan, thank you for your ideas. I usually bring dinner leftovers for my lunch. I want to have a good variety in my diet, and breakfast seems to be lacking!

I am sooo tired of eggs for breakfast as well, but I do find it easier to eat them in form of an omelett. I put veggies and canadian bacon and eat with avocado on the side, it's really good!
