eating right, actually enjoying the food that I am eating, never feeling hungry, and not even missing carbs......:::::::::drum roll:::::::::

I am 14 lbs lighter. I got on the scale this morning, and I am down 14 lbs! I had to get on and off the scale a couple of times because I couldnt believe it. I am so amped right now. I think I am going to do another week of Phase 1, then start Phase 2. I just wanted to share my success, and give some encouragement to those on the diet, or planning to start the diet. It works! I even cheated and had wine with dinner twice.

WOW! Congratulations to you on achieving such huge weight loss. That's just incredible. To think I'm happy with losing 5 during Phase 1!

I'm just so surprised that the cravings have gone away, just like promised. The first week and a half I was really looking forward to my ricotta mocha; now I haven't had one for 3 days, I am just not craving the sweets. I was a slave to chocolate and anything else sugar. I LOVED peanut butter M&M's and didn't think I could do without. I was WRONG!

Kris, BIG BIG CONGRATS to your great weight loss. That a wonderful way to start a WOE plan,losing 14 lbs. Ok stay on Phase 1 for ONE more week, than precede to Phase 2, that what I did. Adding carbs GOOD Carbs & Good Fats is a healthy way of living. Hugs Maryann

I'm so mad. I did the South Beach diet for two weeks and only lost 2.5 lbs. I did just like it said. I only splurged a few times by putting sugar in my coffee. I ate salad, cheese, lunch meat. It was terrible but I did it, and it was for nothing. Anyone got any advice?
