Well, I am done with the first week of phase one and was down 7 pounds. I got on the scale and was down only six pounds. Should I be concerned? I am lifting weights and using the treadmill. Is it normal for your weight to go up and down?

Yup it's perfectly normal, especially in phase 1 when we are losing alot of water.

I was wondering how long you have been on SBD? How much have you lost? Do you still continue to lose on phase 2 and if so how much?

Yes it is very normal and if you are weighing yourself more than once a week... DON'T.
