P2. I haven't had any yet. It is now 8:00. I am having a cup of decaf with a Sweet n Low and milk. I will probably have last night's grilled chicken and either left over green beans or broccoli. Not in the mood though. Blech. Stressing about my dd's Birthday cake that I need to have for her class party the day after tomorrow. I have all the ingredients, but I can not find the 12x12 pans I need. Grrrr. No kitchen stores around here except Williams Sonoma and they charge an arm an a leg. May have to improvise. May go to Williams Sonoma. May just end up having some soup for dinner... it's that kind of weather!

This is my first day - hope I did all right! Comments are welcome!!

Breakfast: Hard boiled egg; couple ounces of leftover ham

No lunch - I was on the road and not really hungry.

Snack: Celery with Laughing Cow light cheese

Dinner: Roasted chicken breast, two artichoke hearts with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, green salad.

Question: Would peanut butter have been okay with the celery instead of cheese?

ihad shrimp sauteed in garlic, oliveoil, salt, pepper, and onion. I also added a half of a small can of tomatoes. I cut up a mozzarella stick after my food was hot so the cheese would melt in with the food. last but not least i had some brocoli (i had to have my vegetables too). I have come up with some interesting dishes since i started January 12th.

OK, it was going to be my first day on restart but we ended up going out for dinner to a chinese buffet. Did ok except for the crab rangoon and some macaroons. Tomorrow will be better because we will be back into our usual routine(work, school etc)

Yes peanut butter would be great with the celery.

Sounds like your making great choices although even if you aren't hungry you need to eat something at lunch.
