Honestly, I can't take too much credit - they've really done their homework and are making great choices - they even had a planned cheat and then increased exercise - they've done so well. They are such neat teenagers!!
They spend a chunk of time over here and M (who loves to cook) and I talk about recipes and sneaky ways to get in the veggies! We both love that
Thanks! I just saw that your challenge might end at your goal weight! That's so great too!!!!
D is really really really ready to move on to Phase 2 and she prob should seeing as she only had at most maybe 10-12 lb to safely lose - she's doing it mostly to support her sister M who has about 30-40 to lose and who was gianing in the midsection which is very unhealthy (as we all already know! lol).
M is really hanging in there tough - they get tickled when I share my transgressions - like eating the cheddar bay bisquits at dinner last night. It makes it easier when you share the tough/cheat parts too, but I don't really know why!! lol
Of course, the most treasured piece of knowledge they seem to have ever gotten (or so they say) was the other day when I told them when I was 14 (which they are 13 and 13.5) I had a crush - a BIG crush on their older brother who was 17 at the time. (I left out that I actually kissed him when I was 15 hahaha!)

You are such a great role model.
I think this is great -- learning to eat healthy young (wish I would have known).
