Hello Everyone~ My name is Suzette (but you can call me Suzi)I'm 30 years old, married and a mother of two beautiful children. I've been reading around the board for the past few weeks, gathering information and getting inspired by all of you. I've followed SB before but have always gone back to old habits and gained the weight back. I've decided enough is enough. I'm read to finally get myself back and live my life to the fullest. I've just joined the April Fool's Challenge to help keep me focused and on track =) I'll be starting with phase 2, since I have pcos and I read some information here that states starting in phase 2 it's most beneficial for a girl like me.
My starting weight is 207, and my ultimate goal is to get down to 145. I hope to get to know all of you better and to be posting a success story when I reach my goal!

Hi, Suzi -- welcome to the board!
Thank you so much for the warm welcome =) I can't tell you guys how ready I am for this! Well I weighed in this morning because I want to make sure of my progress. The scale said 210 and I was 207 last week. HOWEVER AF arrived yesterday, so that is more than likely the culprit. I'm going to make sure I get all my water in and fruits and veggies to get rid of this bloat!
BTW, I have a question. Like I said in my first post, my ultimate goal is 145. Before I had children I weighed in at 135 and I am 5'6, I was also 19! lol How realistic is it to want to get back down to 135? I've been at this current weight for at least 4 years, have never gotten down below 192 since I had my daughter in '04. My friends tell me 135 is crazy since I was 19, and had not had children yet.They also tell me I was way too skinny at 135. BUT I would love to get back down to that. Is that even realistic? Should I stick to my 145 goal?
Any advice would be appreciated =)
I thought about this in the middle of the movie tonight.
