I started SBD today on phase 2.
Can someone look at my eating toady and let me know if it is ok??
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 slices t. bacon, 2 cups green beans
Snack: Cherry low fat no sugar yoplait
snack: banana
( I just realized I didn't eat lunch :0)
Dinner: Cilantro chiken breast, sauteed Zuchini, and 1/2 cup brown rice

I see you're starting on P2...but are you starting with 1 grain and 1 fruit per day, then working up to 3?

I just looked and yes the yogurt was fat free but it also has corn syrup.

Also, make sure you're hitting your 4.5 cups of veggies every day.
