If you're one of those snackers who does great from Monday to Friday, only to blow all your hard work over the weekend, take heart. It is possible to stay the course from Friday to Sunday with a few extra tricks. Be sure to:
- Add structure to your days. Make sure you're still eating regular meals and snacks, even if you aren't "on the clock."
- Beware the weekend mentality. Overeating on the weekend can stem from trying to "reward yourself" for making it through the week. If so, schedule a little spa pampering or another no-calorie reward instead.
- Plan ahead. We know the idea of planning your weekend may seem a bit non-spontaneous, but checking out a restaurant menu in advance, having healthy foods on hand, and other forward thinking can help keep you away from temptation.

Those are great tips! I am one of those who on the weekends I tend to undo all the hard work I've done all week. I will definitely put the tips to good use!
