This is hunger and craving talking.

Even starting on phase 2 I am hungry, headachy and TIRED.

I am not a happy camper.  But I keep telling myself just get through this week, every change is hardest the first week........

It is never too late to be the person you might have been.

You are ready!!! You are just not eating enough.

Sounds insane, I know but you should not be hungry on this diet plan!!!

What have you eaten today???

ah! That's a tough day - but it happens to everyone! I promise! You just live and learn and next time you are at the store, scour for sugar free candies, snacks that don't need to bne refrigerated that you can slip into your bag and even that you can stash in your car and also check out South Beach Living TIDE ME OVER drink mix (near the crystal light) It's wonderful with fiber, 30 calories and protein - it really can tide you over to help you not make bad choices out of desperation!

It seems you figured out what went wrong! You had some great suggestions about taking non refridgerated snack foods to get you through. Keep going, it will get easier! (((Hugs)))

This is a learning process, and you're in the beginning of the learning curve.

I have a similar school schedule - I go from 10:15-2:20 5 days a week with no break. What I do is eat breakfast at 6:30am, gym from 8am-9am, then shower and head to school. On my way I eat: a yogurt, a cheese stick and a cereal bar. There is no way just a banana is enough to tide you over through 4hrs of school. Eat a much bigger snack right before school starts. I also agree about the water mixes with protein/fiber - those help me get through too. Then I always have my lunch already planned out for when I get home. If you feel you will be tempted between class and home, then bring a lunch. Sometimes if I know I have to run errands right after I pack a sandwich, fruit, some cut up veggies, etc. to eat in the car right when I get out of class.

My3bibs,

Missteps are a part of any activity. It's important to give yourself credit for what you do right, and learn from what you don't, not consider it a failure, but a learning thing. The worst thing of all is to give up and throw in the towel. That's what I did a year ago, and I am not having to start all over again. Stay the course, get back on the horse, whatever you want to call it. You CAN do it, even if yesterday was a total scratch, you just start again today and do your best.

Good luck and we're here for you if you get stuck or discouraged

Randa
