I have found the flat out bread in the bakery section at Walmart and some of the bigger grocery stores in my area.

Mine didn't last long enough to find out if they freeze well.

I freeze these all the time, my stores will sometimes have them and then not have them for awhile, so I stock up. They also last in the fridge for quite a while.

I find that the frozen ones work best when you are going to be using them for pizzas, chips, grilled wraps/quesadillas, etc. than just for sandwiches. When I make pizzas for the kids I don't even really thaw them, I just add the sauce and cheese and they thaw while its baking. Almost as easy as frozen pizza! For chips, I pre-cut them into triangles first, then freeze. Then I just bake them from frozen (sprayed with cooking spray, broil the last minute or so) Its great to have fresh "chips" in less than 10 min.
