How was your weekend?

Did great over the weekend, DH and I went to the gym Saturday and to a Yoga class yesterday (kudos to him!)

I did a meal plan this week but have already cheated - lol I ate a piece of Dek's multigrain (but not whole grain) waffle - SF syrup though, haha
I just need to go eat a snack!!! Or drink my water.
So far so good. I cheat a lot. HAHA

That's not me in the new siggie, but her build is an awfully lot like mine (on the muscular side).
