Lite Whole Wheat Pasta

Hello ladies:
I had dinner with a friend last night. This is the pasta she served. It looks to me like its a low cal, high fiber, whole grain pasta. It looks SB acceptable to me. Please take a look and let me know if there is something I'm missing.

All but one of the pastas is made from Semolina, which there was just a thread on a few days back. This is what it said:
Semolina contains neither the vital bran or the germ. It is ground very fine which makes it a more refined flour.
You can have both whole wheat flour and semolina pasta. The best choice is pasta made from whole wheat. It has more nutrients compared to pasta made from semolina.
Hope that helps!
Hi Lisa,
These pastas are designed for a low-carb diet.
