7 Days on Phase One with Type 2 Diabetes

I have lost 7 lbs. I only need 17 more to reach my first goal of losing 10% of my body weight. I hope to lose at least 3 more lbs this week. Since I have only really exercised with the Bowflex 1 time this week, and two days where we did a lot of walking in the mall and stores.
Today we are going on a 1 mile hike with our sailing club. I am going to step up my exercise this week with 3 Bowflex workouts, and get my bike set up so I can ride it indoors for at least 30 mins. I am hoping this will help my weight loss.

Feeling good, Hunger is subsiding. I think I actually wore out Miranda yesterday.
